Introduction

Welcome to Transformation Tech Training (T3), a premier training center. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1. Enrollment and Registration

1.1 Course Registration: To enroll in a T3 course, you must complete the registration process, provide accurate information, and pay the required fees.

1.2 Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.

1.3 Confirmation: Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment and a confirmation email from T3.

2. Payment and Refunds

2.1 Payment Terms: Full payment must be made at the time of registration unless otherwise specified. Payment plans may be available for certain courses.

2.2 Refund Policy:

• Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee.

• Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 14 days but more than 7 days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund.

• No Refund: No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date or for no-shows.

2.3 Course Cancellation: T3 reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.

3. Course Participation

3.1 Attendance: Participants are expected to attend all scheduled classes and complete all assignments and assessments.

3.2 Conduct: Participants must maintain professional behavior and respect instructors and fellow participants. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the course without a refund.

3.3 Materials: Course materials provided are for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without permission.

4. Certification and Completion

4.1 Certification: Participants who successfully complete the course requirements will receive a certification of completion. Specific certification requirements will be outlined at the beginning of each course.

4.2 Exam Attempts: If applicable, participants may be allowed multiple attempts to pass certification exams, as specified by the course guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Course Content: All course content, including but not limited to, videos, presentations, and written materials, is the intellectual property of T3 and its instructors. Unauthorized use or distribution is prohibited.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1 Data Collection: T3 collects personal information for enrollment, certification, and communication purposes. By enrolling, you consent to the collection and use of this information.

6.2 Data Protection: T3 is committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Disclaimer: T3 provides training and education services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or success in certification exams.

7.2 Liability: T3's liability for any claims arising from your participation in our courses is limited to the amount of fees paid.

8. Governing Law

8.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state where T3 is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration in the aforementioned jurisdiction.

9. Amendments

9.1 Modifications: T3 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
